Utilize cutting-edge strategies and partner with leaders to develop effective recruitment plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify creative sourcing strategies for pharmacy talent
• Support campus recruitment at University of Saskatchewan and Manitoba
• Manage international hiring and candidate assessments




• Build relationships with Store Resource Teams and HRBP’s
• Track recruitment activities through Workday and report to leaders
Requirements:
• 5+ years in recruitment with agency experience preferred
• Strong networking and sourcing skills, including headhunting
• Proficient in social media for employer branding
• Experience with ATS, preferably Workday
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 25%
