This role provides deep hands-on leadership across OFSAA, FCCM, ETL/IETL, Oracle, scheduling, and data pipelines, ensuring the platform is resilient, scalable, and compliant.The Tech Lead acts as the primary technical authority for Transaction Monitoring, driving architecture decisions, resolving complex production issues, and guiding engineering teams through platform changes, upgrades, and regulatory initiatives.Core Responsibilities Technical Ownership & Architecture Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the OFSAA Transaction Monitoring platform (OFSAA, FCCM, Oracle DB, ETL, scheduling, integrations)Define and enforce technical standards, patterns, and best practices for TM processing, job orchestration, and data handlingEvaluate and drive platform enhancements, performance optimizations, and modernization initiatives (e.G., cloud enablement, refactoring, re-engineering)OFSAA TM Engineering & Platform Build Lead hands-on engineering for OFSAA Transaction Monitoring jobs, including ER, TM, reconciliation, validation, and supporting batch processesDesign and maintain AutoSys job flows, dependencies, restartability, and recovery strategiesProvide deep technical guidance on Oracle SQL, partitioning, statistics collection, and performance tuningReview and approve TM technical designs, runbooks, and implementation artifactsProduction Support & Complex Issue Resolution Act as the highest-level technical escalation point for OFSAA TM production incidentsPerform root-cause analysis across OFSAA, ETL/IETL, Oracle DB, file ingestion, and scheduling layersDesign permanent fixes for recurring issues, data breaks, and performance bottlenecksProactively identify and remediate technical risks before they impact AML operationsData Quality, Controls & Reconciliation Design and oversee technical data quality controls, validations, and reconciliations feeding TM scenariosEnsure technical integrity between source systems, staging layers,
