We’re looking for a
General Services Manager to lead the delivery of Soft Services at our site in Peterborough. You’ll oversee
catering, cleaning, security and handyperson services , ensuring everything is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
With a strong focus on
GMP compliance and audit readiness , you’ll lead teams, build strong client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery across a busy 24/7 manufacturing workplace.
What we're looking for: Proven Facilities Management experience within a multi-service environment.
Strong leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of GMP, compliance, auditing and health & safety.
Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and performance.
Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience within a manufacturing or 24/7 environment is desirable.
IOSH or relevant risk assessment qualification is desirable.
