Extendicare is seeking an HR Service Centre Analyst to be the first point of contact for employees and managers, handling a broad range of HR inquiries via ServiceNow, calls, and other channels. The role is based at our Markham head office with a hybrid work setting.
You will resolve complex workforce questions, provide excellent customer service, and ensure timely case resolution while adhering to SLAs and policies. Prior HRIS and case-management experience is an asset.
