Duties
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
Utilize accounting software Sage to record financial transactions accurately
Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail for invoices, expense reports, and financial documents
Reconcile accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
Assist with payroll processing using Sage by verifying employee hours and deductions
Support month-end and year-end closing activities through account analysis and reporting
Collaborate with team members on budgeting tasks and financial data analysis to support strategic planning

Skills




Strong proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or ADP
Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy in bookkeeping and transaction recording
Solid understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
Experience with account reconciliation and account analysis techniques
Knowledge of payroll systems including ADP or Sage for payroll processing support
Ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately for budgeting and financial analysis
Effective communication skills to collaborate within a team and support cross-departmental initiatives

Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
