We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to support the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse in Aurora.

This position involves receiving, preparing, organizing, and moving products throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse workplace.

Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Location: Aurora, ON

Key Responsibilities
Package finished products for shipping, including shrink wrapping, boxing, and labeling
Stage completed orders for loading and delivery
Review purchase orders and work orders to ensure products are correctly assembled
Verify product quantities and ensure orders are accurate
Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory levels
Load finished products onto trucks
Unload products from trucks and containers and place them in designated storage areas
Inspect products for damage and ensure damaged products are not shipped or stored
Prepare customer orders for delivery
Move inventory into and out of controlled storage locations
Operate pallet jacks safely and according to standard operating procedures
Perform basic preventive maintenance on pallet jacks
Assist with training new warehouse employees




Provide support to other warehouse departments as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area
Follow all company safety procedures and instructions
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills
Previous warehouse experience is an asset
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in freezer temperatures (-20°C)
Able to operate a pallet jack safely
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic English communication skills
Willingness to work extended hours when required

Working Conditions

This position involves regular physical activity, including lifting, loading, unloading, standing, walking, bending, and moving products.

Freezer work is required, with temperatures reaching approximately -20°C.

Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toed safety footwear, is required when operating machinery and working in designated areas.
