Responsibilities
Prepare work sites by setting up containment barriers, sealing off areas, and ensuring proper ventilation to prevent asbestos fibers from spreading.
Safely remove asbestos-containing materials using hand tools, power tools,
and specialized equipment following strict safety guidelines.
Conduct thorough cleaning of work areas during and after abatement projects to eliminate residual asbestos fibers.
Properly handle, package, label, and dispose of asbestos waste according to environmental regulations and company policies
Qualifications
For workers must have level 2 certification and level 3 for supervisor
Prior experience with construction or restoration projects is highly preferred.
Knowledge of asbestos removal procedures and environmental regulations is a strong plus.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in physically demanding settings.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety compliance at all times.
Pay: $18.85-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
