Partnership is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to enhance ATM service quality. You'll repair and troubleshoot ATMs for major clients like BMO and Walmart Canada. This role involves both technical skills and customer interaction, requiring in office installations and remote support to ensure optimal ATM performance. Key Responsibilities:
Stage and test current and used ATM terminals
Install and uninstall ATMs on-site effectively
Train customers on ATM functionalities
Implement troubleshooting procedures over the phone
Carry out preventative maintenance on ATMs Requirements:
2 years’ experience in electronic or mechanical repair
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Robust problem-solving and communication skills
