In this position, you will perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on highway tractors and trailers. We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their work and have a robust mechanical aptitude. The role includes troubleshooting various systems and ensuring fleet readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct diagnostics and repairs on trailers and tractors
• Complete CVIP inspections if certified
• Troubleshoot electrical, air, and hydraulic systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and service reports
• Collaborate with the team to maintain safety and quality
Requirements:
• Certification as a Trailer Mechanic
• 3rd year apprentice or journeyman ticket required
• CVIP certification is an asset
• Experience in truck and trailer diagnostics
• Valid driver’s license needed
