Your Role: As a Media Expert , you'll be the go-to point of contact for our Creators, helping them build their brands and achieve success on social media. Your day-to-day includes:
Educating Creators on platform strategies and technology
Analyzing trends and key metrics to drive success




Managing relationships with ~300 partners, supporting them through calls, emails, and outreach
Presenting tailored solutions to help partners grow their brands
Basic Qualifications: 1+ year of customer service experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
6+ months in Marketing/Social Media/Sales or internship in these fields
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A passion for social media and customer service
Fluent in both Spanish and English
Preferred: Social media experience
Familiarity with online ads and digital tools
