Key Responsibilities Collaborate with sales, service and parts departments to identify accessory opportunities for our customer and enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with customers to understand their preferences and needs, ensuring a personalized and satisfying experience.
Provide accurate quotes and estimates for accessory purchases and installations.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of all ordered accessories.
Stay on top of the latest trends and innovations in automotive accessories,



providing expert advice to customers.
Ensure all installations meet our high standards for quality and craftsmanship.
Qualifications Proven knowledge and passion for automotive accessories and customization - experiencing working in automotive parts and/or service is an asset!
Solid attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer experiences.
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse people.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain organized while managing multiple priorities.
Proven problem solving skills leading to innovative ideas.
Valid Driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
