Join our compassionate team at Candlemas Mead, a warm and inclusive supported living home for six adults with learning disabilities. You will help create a respectful, empowering environment where residents can build independence and achieve personal goals.
Responsibilities Provide personal care with dignity
Support with medication
Encourage daily life skills: cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting
Build positive, meaningful relationships
Follow personalised support plans and risk assessments
Sleep-ins are essential (£52.78 per night)
Hoist training is required – full training can be provided
About You You will be caring, reliable and able to work collaboratively as well as independently. Most importantly, you bring compassion and a genuine desire to support others.
Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification
