In this role, you will assist residents under the guidance of the Director of Care. Your responsibilities will include personal hygiene tasks, mobility assistance, and reporting changes in resident conditions to nursing staff. You'll also participate in daily assessments, meal support, and ensure a safe environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care including bathing and grooming
• Assist with resident transfers using mobility aids
• Monitor and report resident health changes
• Record intake, output, and conduct POC assessments
• Transport residents to dining and activity areas

Requirements:
• Grade 10 completion and Health Care Aide certification
• Registered with the BC Care Aide Registry
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Completed high-risk violence prevention training
• Clear Criminal Record check
