product availability.Execute transactional reconciliation for dealer‑to‑dealer transfers.Manage returns including seasonal products and empty containers.Actively participate in CS process improvement projects.Receive requests from customers and commercial squad members via unstructured communication (phone, email, etc.).Address any immediately resolvable requests (order entry, product availability, order adjustments, scheduling, product returns, delivery complaints, etc.).Manage research, resolution, documentation, and communication for complaints & errors.Skills and RequirementsRequiredBS/BA in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields or equivalent years of operational experience in Order Management or Logistics.DesiredDomain knowledge in operations, business, process analysis, strategy development, behavioural influence, and change management.Key competencies: results orientation, collaboration, agility, decision making, solid communication.Knowledge or experience in SAP and Excel are preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
