The Government of Nunavut seeks a Community Oral Health Coordinator focused on children aged 0-12 years. This position emphasizes collaboration with community partners, promoting dental education, and facilitating access to oral health services. Responsibilities include supporting visiting dental professionals and managing community initiatives to improve children's oral health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote oral health programs for children aged 0-12 • Liaise with community and visiting dental professionals • Deliver oral health education and community initiatives • Coordinate support for dental teams during community visits • Organize office activities related to oral health promotion
Requirements: • High School Diploma and one year of experience • Knowledge of dental services or office administration • Fluency in Inuktitut and English • Willingness to complete CPR and COHC training • Explicit Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check required
