About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff, Head of Marketing Strategy & Operations to lead the evolution of its marketing function. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the business of marketing, bringing structure to complexity,



and ensuring a solid connection between strategy and execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for running the marketing operating model, leading the Office of the CMO, and driving focus and accountability in line with company goals. They will also be at the forefront of accelerating transformation, particularly in the adoption and governance of AI, and will oversee major initiatives and M&A; integration for marketing.

Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in marketing operations, strategy, or transformation within global, matrixed organizations. The role requires a proven operator with deep experience in planning, budgeting, performance management, and marketing ROI.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of leading transformation, simplifying complex processes, and driving accountability. Solid communication, influencing skills, and a calm, steady leadership style are essential. The Chief of Staff will be expected to lead at scale, building and inspiring a high-performing organization that operates with precision, discipline, and intent.
