Drive HR initiatives with the Halifax Regional Centre for Education as a Human Resources Administrator in Client Services. Provide essential support in recruitment, staffing, and records management for a large educational institution.

In this role at HRCE, you'll assist in various human resources management areas with a focus on client service. Your responsibilities include handling employment documentation, maintaining HR information systems, and reporting on employment activity.

Collaborate with schools and employees to address inquiries regarding their status, reporting directly to the HRIS Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and staffing processes for HRCE
Manage leave and contract administration efficiently




Maintain and update human resources information systems
Track and report on employment activity regularly
Provide support on employee status inquiries from schools

Requirements:
University degree or college diploma in Human Resources
Minimum three years of HR experience in a unionized setting
Proficiency in the SAP Human Resources module
Solid skills in Microsoft Office suite
HR designation is a plus
