Join Mallaig & Arisaig Medical Practice as a Care Navigator/Receptionist. This vital role helps patients access care while ensuring effective use of Practice resources.

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for approximately 1800 patients at our practice located on Scotland’s stunning west coast. Your responsibilities will involve guiding patients to the appropriate services, clinicians, or support needed, ensuring timely care and facilitating access to our multi-disciplinary team dedicated to compassionate healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients in accessing appropriate services or clinicians
• Manage reception duties and patient inquiries
• Collaborate with the medical team for efficient patient care




• Maintain patient confidentiality and data protection
• Contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements:
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Patient-focused approach to healthcare services
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
• Previous reception or care navigation experience preferred
