Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing and other services for residents
• Lead shift report and inform the health care team
• Document changes in residents’ conditions accurately




• Process and communicate physician orders efficiently
• Promote resident safety and freedom from harm

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Registration in valuable standing with provincial registry
• Knowledge in long-term care regulations and practices
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing
• Understanding of safety and healthcare acts
