Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through cycle counts, product audits, and inventory tracking. If you enjoy staying organized, working with warehouse systems, and being part of a close-knit team, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do Perform daily inventory and cycle counts throughout the warehouse
Verify stock levels and investigate inventory discrepancies
Move and organize products as required (up to 20 lbs)
Document inventory information using Microsoft Excel and Word
Support warehouse operations with material handling, picking, and loading tasks
Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting
What We're Looking For 1+ year of inventory control or cycle count experience
1+ year of experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Experience in a warehouse environment
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 20 lbs
Comfortable performing general warehouse duties as needed
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Calgary, AB.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Calgary, AB.
