This role requires a minimum of two years of recent experience in administrative positions. You'll be responsible for responding to inquiries, processing job descriptions, and coordinating on-campus events. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clerical support to students and employers
• Process job descriptions for effective posting
• Track and reconcile budget expenses accurately




• Assist in scheduling meetings and events
• Generate reports and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar administrative role
• Experience with standard office software like MS Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy office setting
• Secondary school graduation or equivalent
