Code and update information in computer systems, including contract issuances, deposits, transfers, and other transactions

Ensure accuracy and compliance of documentation associated with transaction requests

Process a high volume of diverse requests within established service standards and deadlines

Contribute to operational quality in a fast-paced individual savings and retirement environment

Follow established policies and procedures while supporting clients and business partners

Requirements

Able to commute to the office and work in office daily
