About the Role As a Business Development Representative, you will generate and qualify new business opportunities for Quinn Advisory Group's Advisors through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, referrals, and qualifying conversations. You will connect with business owners, HR leaders, and otherdecision-makersto understand their needs and book qualified appointments for the advisory team.
This is a B2B prospecting and pipeline-building role. It does not involve closing sales or making product recommendations, but it does offer a clear path toward LLQP licensing and a future advisory career for someone who wants to grow in that direction.
What to Expect in Your First 3 Months First 30 Days Complete onboarding and prospecting training
Develop an understanding of Quinn Advisory Group's products, services, and target client profile
Demonstrate company values and collaborative behaviors
First 60 Days Establish a consistent daily prospecting rhythm targeting businessdecision-makers
Demonstrateproficiencyin using CRM and lead tracking tools
Consistently conduct effectiveinitialoutreach calls and qualifying conversations with business prospects
First 90 Days Begin exploring LLQP licensing requirements as a step toward future certification
Build a reliable process for booking and confirming qualified appointments with QAG Advisors
Build productive working relationships with Advisors to ensure clean handoffs




WhatYou'llDo Prospecting & Lead Generation Generate recent business opportunities through high-volume outbound calls, inbound inquiries, referrals, and lead follow-uptargeting business owners, HR leaders, and other keydecision-makers
Conduct initial outreach toidentifyprospective businesses' group benefits and financial protection needs
Qualify leads against defined criteria before handoff to a QAG Advisor
Book and confirm qualified appointments for the advisory team
Develop and execute a personal prospecting plan to grow B2B lead volume
Maintain a strong, active pipeline of business prospects at various stages of qualification
Relationship & Handoff Management Provide QAG Advisors with clear,accuratecontext on each qualified business prospect
Follow up on leads that are not yet ready to ensure no opportunity is lost
Maintain professional, consistent communication with business prospects throughout the qualification process
Support re-engagement of dormant or previously unqualified leads
Market & Product Awareness Maintain working knowledge of QAG's group benefits and advisory offerings to speak credibly with business prospects
Stay informed of industry trends relevant to B2B prospecting conversations
Share market intelligence and prospect feedback with the sales and leadership team
Administration & Compliance Maintainaccurateprospect and lead records within CRM and other systems
Ensure all outreach activitycomplies withapplicable privacy and communication regulations
Follow established procedures for lead documentation and handoff
Collaboration Partner with QAG Advisors and administrative teams to deliver a seamless prospect experience
Participate in team meetings, training programs, and professional development initiatives
Other duties as assigned
WhatWe'reLooking For Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Communications, or a related field preferred
LLQP (Life License Qualification Program)



certification is notrequiredto start; willingness to pursue licensing as the role progresses is an asset
1+ years of experience in outbound prospecting, business development, telemarketing, or a related B2B lead generation role
Experience handling high-volume telephone calls is an asset
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding activity or lead generation targets
Experience using CRM systems and lead tracking tools
Experience conducting qualifying conversations and needs identification with business stakeholders
Experience and comfort performing a high volume of daily outbound calls

Compensation The estimated annual base salary for this role will be based on experience. Individual compensation isdeterminedby job-related skills, relevant experience, and education or training. This amount reflects base salary only and does not include the full total rewards package offered by Quinn Advisory Group.
