V.I.L. Landscaping in Oakville/Milton seeks an Experienced Landscape Architect & Field Quality Coordinator. This role involves design, quality oversight, and project coordination in residential landscapes.
This position requires full OALA membership and an active BCIN. You will design residential landscapes, ensuring each project meets quality standards throughout its lifecycle. Your expertise will include detailed drawings, property visits, and effective collaboration with project managers, crews, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop creative residential landscape concepts
• Produce detailed planting and construction drawings
• Conduct property visits for site measurements and information
• Coordinate with crews and suppliers for effective execution
• Review projects for compliance with approved plans
Requirements:
• Full OALA membership and active BCIN
• Experience with detailed and permit drawings
• Solid knowledge of Ontario’s building regulations
• Proficiency in 2D/3D design software
• Excellent communication skills with clients and teams
