Auto Service Advisor

Responsibilities Include:
Working 40 hours per week - shift work - must be able to work weekends
Working in our auto service department
Helping customers that walk in
Answering phones
Explaining to customers what repairs are needed on their vehicle and what to recommend for them
Liaison between the mechanics and customers to make sure everything is dealt with properly
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Must be comfortable with computers - will be pricing out parts and labor, writing up repair orders and creating estimates for customers
Using a point of sale system for payments (computer cash register)

Qualifications:




Able to work independently and as a member of the team
High school education, or current enrollment in high school
Able to lift at least 25lbs and be comfortable bending, lifting, kneeling, and using ladders
Experience in a retail setting would be highly desirable
A passion for the community in which you live, or experience volunteering would be an asset
Passion for vehicles and the automotive industry.
