Within manufacturing operations, the Director of Operations – Thermoforming serves as the strategic and operational leader of the division. He or she is responsible for the overall performance of operations, process optimization, and the coordination of key functions that support production.The position encompasses all activities related to production, industrial engineering, planning, the supply chain, quality, and health and safety within a demanding manufacturing setting.MISSION
Ensure the performance, efficiency, and sustainability of thermoforming operations by optimizing processes, engaging teams, and ensuring alignment between production, quality, costs, lead times, and safety.In this role, you will have the prospect to:Provide overall leadership for thermoforming operationsDrive operational performance (productivity, costs, quality, lead times,
