Our client is looking to hire some shipper / receivers for their production facility in Aurora! This is a temporary to hire job with great perks if selected to be hired on by our client! Those perks include perks, paid time off, and RRSP contributions!
Pay rate:
– $24/hour
– Weekly pay every Friday
Responsibilities include:
– Moving products and material by hand or with basic material handling equipment
– Enter packing slips into the ERP system daily
– Notify departments when products arrive
– Ensure products are packed and staged properly
– Support any inquiries from the customer service team regarding delivery and inventory
– Monitor inventory tasks
Requirements:
– Forklift certification in Counterbalance and Reach
– A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a warehouse and assembly type operation
– Completion of post-secondary education
– Robust computer skills – MS Office platform
– Experience in Lean Manufacturing techniques such as: one piece flow, 5S, valve stream mapping, etc.
