Job Summary

we are looking for an experienced Service Now Architect to design and lead enterprise Service Now solutions, integrations, and platform architecture.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable Service Now solutions.
Provide technical architecture and leadership across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, and ITAM.
Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
Lead technical design, development standards, upgrades, and platform governance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and enterprise architects.
Mentor Service Now development teams.

Required Skills
Robust Service Now architecture and implementation experience.
Expertise in ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, and integrations.
Robust Service Now scripting/Java Script and Flow Designer experience.
Knowledge of ITIL and enterprise architecture.
CSA/CAD/CIS certifications preferred; CTA highly preferred.
