AgeCare Woodhaven in Markham, ON is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to deliver skilled nursing care and to supervise Personal Support Workers. The role works with physicians and the health care team to meet residents' needs and to ensure high-quality care on the unit.
The successful candidate brings geriatric/long-term care nursing experience, knowledge of relevant Canadian health acts, and an active Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
