Red Mountain Resort is hiring Station Leads for the 2026/27 Winter Season. Station Leads are experienced Lift Operators who lead at their assigned lift station, ensure secure operations, mentor staff and coordinate team activities all day. They serve as the primary liaison for lift oversight and communication at their station.
Wage rate is $22.95 per hour. Candidates should have at least 2 seasons as a Lift Operator, strong guest service, and a readiness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in
