We're looking for a Client Account Manager to:
be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits
be the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients
manage daily client transactions and carry out inquiries and troubleshooting
perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner
identify cross-selling opportunities and discuss them with the client advisor
support client advisors in preparing for meetings and occasionally join client meetings
The team You'll be working in the Toronto team. You'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted client account manager for the wealthiest families. You'll be part of the client coverage team and closely collaborate with client advisors. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.
Your Skills And Experience financial services experience within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry
bachelor's degree or equivalent financial qualifications
solid comprehension of financial products and solutions like deposit,
banking, brokerage, custody, investment and credit products
effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others
sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
solid written and oral communications skills including the ability to deliver difficult messages, complex ideas and client issues with confidence
completed CIM or CFA 1 designation is preferred
you're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.

Salary information The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
Canada - Ontario min CAD 60000 - max CAD 85000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience,
