As a Vac Truck Operator at RJ MacLean, you will play a vital role in our innovative approach to tank cleaning. This position requires operating various vacuum equipment, maintaining logs, and adhering to safety protocols. You’ll work 40 hours a week with potential additional hours, ensuring a reliable support system for our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate vacuum equipment to meet company standards
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily
• Maintain accurate Electronic Logging Device (ELD) logs
• Attend daily safety meetings and follow safety programs
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years with valid Class 1 or Class 3 License
• Experience with Semi Vac/Hydro Vac/Combo Vac Units
• Ability to drive 13 or 18 Speed Transmission
• Valid safety tickets including First Aid & H2S Alive
• Local to the Kitimat area and flexible with shifts
