City of Hamilton is seeking a Social Worker BSW to provide intake, assessments, referrals, counselling and group work for individuals and families. The role collaborates with Alcohol, Drug and Gambling Services and Mental Health teams to support clients in need.
Under supervision, the successful candidate delivers care plans, harm-reduction approaches and community outreach while maintaining documentation and program quality. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.
