This role requires communication skills and teamwork, as you will often work independently or assist fellow team members. Knowledge of industry standards is beneficial, including WHMIS and working at heights training.

Key Responsibilities:
• Repair damaged aluminum extrusions in commercial buildings
• Apply protective coatings to windows and curtain walls
• Assist in preparation work for painting jobs
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols during projects
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Robust communication skills in English
• Certifications in Boom and lift, and Swing stage
• First Aid certification is an asset
• Working at heights training completion
