Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate comprehensive nursing care for patients
• Educate families and community providers on patient care
• Supervise and mentor students and new staff




• Lead inter-professional rounds and care planning forums
• Ensure compliance with patient safety responsibilities

Requirements:
• Diploma in Nursing; Baccalaureate preferred
• Member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Ability to lead and manage interpersonal situations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Electronic Patient Record systems
