We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our UK Service Department covering Peterborough / Cambridge and surrounding areas.

The role consists of: Travelling on a daily basis to our customer homes to service and repair Acorn Stairlifts.
May include multiple overnight stays per week.
Diagnosing, and providing hands on troubleshooting, service, and repairs to existing Stairlifts within the field
Meeting all target and deadlines in a professional and timely manner.
Provide high levels of customer service - ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions, with the assistance of management.
Carrying out the product update and safety checks in a protected manner
To communicate effectively with external customers, and provide customer feedback.
