This regular full-time role reports to the Program Director of Quality Safety and Transformation. As an educator, you will apply nursing theory and adult learning principles to enhance clinical instruction and team-oriented practice. Your leadership will directly impact the quality of care for clients with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver clinical education programs
• Apply adult learning principles in training
• Facilitate group discussions and collaboration
• Promote best practices and quality improvement
• Provide guidance in evidence-based practice
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience in Complex Mental Health
• Registration with the College of Registered Nurses
• Experience in adult education preferred
• Valid driver’s license for travel
