Act as a technical GRC platform expert and strategic problem solver using RSA Archer
Decompose complex risk, compliance, and operational challenges into structured problem statements and solution components
Identify opportunities to digitize, standardize, and automate GRC processes using Archer
Design, develop, and implement scalable Archer solutions aligned to enterprise architecture principles
Deliver use cases covering technology risk, data protection, information security, compliance, issues management, and third-party risk
Configure workflows, calculations, and access frameworks
Gather requirements and translate business needs into solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps
Design and implement data integrations across Archer and enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, cloud services, and data repositories
Develop automated data feeds, APIs, and workflows for real-time risk insights
Enhance data quality, lineage, and governance within GRC processes
Lead or contribute to Archer SDLC activities including design, build, testing, deployment, and support
Apply Agile/Waterfall hybrid delivery practices with milestones, risks, and deliverables
Ensure adherence to change management and release governance processes
Advise Information Security, Technology Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders
Facilitate workshops, solution walkthroughs, and executive-level discussions as required
Recommend process improvements, tooling strategy, GRC maturity enhancements, and improvements to efficiency, scalability, and user experience
Requirements
College degree (3-year program) required, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of Archer development/configuration experience required
Experience delivering enterprise-scale GRC solutions required
Strong background in systems analysis and application development required
Experience supporting regulatory or transformation initiatives
Financial services experience preferred
Experience with Archer SaaS and cloud integrations preferred
RSA Archer Certified Professional (ACP) certification is an asset
Stakeholder management and influencing skills
Robust communication and documentation capabilities
Process mapping and operating model design
Advanced knowledge of RSA Archer configuration and architecture
API and integration development
JavaScript/jQuery customization within Archer
Current work authorization for Canada is required
