Job Overview

We're hiring a Channel Partnerships Specialist to build and grow the partner network for our AI productivity suite. This role focuses on reseller, distribution, and vertical co-marketing partnerships that drive revenue, with AI ecosystem and platform presence as a supporting factor rather than the main focus.

The right person is a hands-on builder who can identify, recruit, and manage partners across industry verticals and reseller networks, turning relationships into active distribution and pipeline. This is a specialist role to start; as the partner program matures, it may grow into a manager-level position.

Key Responsibilities

• Build industry and vertical partnerships that create distribution through consultants, associations,
  
  
  
  and adjacent software partners.
• Recruit, evaluate, and manage reseller partners who can sell, implement, or bundle the product into broader customer workflows.
• Develop joint co-marketing plans and enablement materials with vertical and reseller partners to support pipeline growth.
• Support the company's presence on AI platform and ecosystem listings as one input into partner strategy, not the primary focus of the role.
• Track partner-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, launches, and partner productivity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in channel, partnerships, or business development in B2B SaaS or software.
• Experience recruiting and managing reseller or distribution partners.
• Comfort building industry and vertical partnerships from the ground up.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product.
• A builder mindset with solid organization and follow-through.
