Key Responsibilities:
• Manage standard extracts and troubleshoot data issues
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Contribute to efficiencies and automation initiatives
• Collaborate with Client Integration on new extract creation
• Identify and rectify reporting discrepancies post-implementation
Requirements:
• Degree in IT/Business or related field
• 1 year of experience in operations or support
• Familiarity with SQL Server or Visual Basic
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
