Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in IT QA and E2E Test management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies (waterfall, agile), metrics, and automated testing frameworks
- Proficient in Client ALM Quality Centre, Confluence, JIRA, and testing tools such as Git or Bitbucket, Maven, Postman, soapUI or similar
- Experience in system analysis, assessment, programming, and troubleshooting of software applications
- Experience in the banking or financial domain
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with additional testing tools and frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and manage testing efforts across multiple projects
- Define goals and measurement plans for software process performance in accordance with business objectives
- Compile and interpret testing reports to inform decision-making
