As part of the Firelight team, you will support Research Managers and Intermediate Researchers in client engagements, contributing your 3–5 years of experience in Indigenous-led Impact Assessments. Your role involves managing project scopes, developing research materials, and applying best practices in environmental research to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support Research Managers in various client engagements
• Develop and manage research materials and reports
• Coordinate with community partners for project implementation




• Cultivate solid client relationships through service excellence
• Contribute to proposal development and cost estimation

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of Indigenous-led Impact Assessments experience
• Post-secondary diploma or Bachelor's enrollment
• Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in data management and report writing
• Resume and cover letter in PDF format required
