Bayshore HealthCare, a leader in home health services, is seeking a compassionate Visiting Nurse. This role requires strong nursing skills in areas such as medication administration, wound care, and patient education. You will create individualized care plans and engage with clients while maintaining the highest levels of nursing standards and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-home patient assessments and care
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and wound care
• Monitor patient progress and amend care plans
• Educate clients and caregivers on health management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal care
Requirements:
• RPN graduate from an accredited nursing school
• Current registration with CNO in good standing
• 2-5 years of nursing experience preferred
• Valid G2 or G driver's license required
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area
