This full time permanent role reports to the Director of Talent and Culture. With a focus on payroll administration, talent acquisition, and employee engagement, you will play a vital role in our workforce operations. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years in Human Resources, demonstrating solid organizing skills, discretion, and a passion for creating exceptional employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sensitive employee information with confidentiality
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration tasks




• Assist in recruitment and standardized onboarding programs
• Maintain accurate employee records and compliance
• Support employee relations inquiries and engage programs

Requirements:
• HR diploma or degree required
• 3-5 years relevant HR experience
• Training and facilitating experience of 3+ years
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Consent to background checks every two years
