As a Registered Practical Nurse in the North 3 Transitional Care Unit, you'll work within a dynamic interprofessional team to manage and evaluate nursing care for patients facing complex health challenges. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and evaluate nursing care within RPN scope
• Implement care based on team input and research

Requirements:
• Good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario
• RPN diploma from recognized program preferred
• Current medication certificate required
