In this permanent role, you will report to the Manager of the Department of Anesthesia. Collaborating closely with anesthesiologists, your focus will be on pre-operative and post-anesthesia care. Key skills include being a Registered Respiratory Therapist and completion of an Anesthesia Assistant certification.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical and technical support in anesthesia care
• Manage anesthesia resources and equipment efficiently
• Assist in the administration of anesthetic care
• Participate in patient clinical management as needed
• Maintain readiness of supplies in various settings

Requirements:
• Registered Respiratory Therapist status required
• Current registration with Nova Scotia College needed
• Anesthesia Assistant certification complete or in progress
• Minimum two years experience preferred
• Current BLS-C (HCP) and ACLS certifications required
