As a Research Analyst reporting to the local Manager, you will support local research initiatives in the real estate sector. Your role involves gathering and interpreting market data, producing research deliverables, and maintaining data integrity across proprietary databases. You'll work closely with teams to identify trends, analyze statistics, and develop reports for business development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze local market trends for real estate
• Compile research narratives and graphic data summaries
• Analyze and generate statistics for market reports




• Interface with national resources for standardized reporting
• Educate internal clients on research tools and resources

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1+ years in real estate research or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in data entry and management
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
