Your expertise will strengthen internal controls, implement Yardi Voyager, and develop strategic financial insights to support growth while collaborating closely with the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle accounting and financial reporting processes
• Maintain internal controls and month-end procedures
• Lead Yardi Voyager implementation and optimization




• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
• Manage relationships with banks, accountants, and partners

Requirements:
• Controller or Accounting Manager experience in property management
• Strong technical accounting skills with Yardi Voyager familiarity
• CPA designation preferred but not mandatory
• Proven track record of improving financial processes
