Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Support Workers and enforce safety practices
• Schedule staff and fill shifts as necessary
• Conduct team meetings and document outcomes
• Provide orientation for new team members
• Oversee implementation of Member care plans

Requirements:
• Minimum 1-3 years in a similar role
• Strong supervisory and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Valid Driver’s License and First Aid CPR-C certification
• Criminal Record Check completed within the last 6 months
