Ericsson Canada Inc. is seeking a Field Technician to coordinate, manage, and execute in office Field Services activities in support of Operations and Engineering.
The role focuses on in-site activities to ensure services meet SLA performance levels while complying with Project OHS requirements. The position involves on-site support for Operations with some SIP functions, and requires shift work, overtime and regular 24-hour on-call support.
